Watch The Knees!

Lunges Are Great, but, Watch The Knees!




Always make sure that you are moving under control when ever you are working with your kettlebell. When working on your lunges, do not let your knee slam into the floor. Towards the end of your workout, and the end is in sight, is when it is most likely to happen, so do not get sloppy!
